Rob and Ryan Return With “What’s My House Worth: Project Highland”

After retiring their old program, “What’s My House Worth?” earlier this year, Rob Ticktin and Ryan McDonnell of Hawthorn Properties set their sights on something new for our viewers of The Needham Channel. That has led to a brand new program called “Project Highland,” which chronicles a modern renovation to historic 1102 Highland Avenue. In the first episode, which you can now stream here at needhamchannel.org, the guys tour the original house to see what needs to be updated and what those changes are planned to look like, as well as the demolition of the garage.
