There was a lot to take in during this first session since the Needham Town Election. School Committee members bid farewell to longtime colleague Connie Barr. They also reviewed a number of policies, and had a frank discussion about the use of personal technology devices, namely cell phones, by students across grade levels. They also got a progress report from the staff of Pollard Middle School.
