Needham Channel coverage of the Needham Planning Board meeting held at the Charles River Room in the Public Services Administration Building. In this marathon session, the Planning Board looks to the future, outlining their priorities and goals for improving the building projects in Needham for years to come. The top item on their “to do” list? Reimagining the Linden-Chambers Housing Development. Reg Foster presented the Housing Authorities latest vision for this project, but it raised some red flags with the board, among which were questions about it’s size, it’s density, and the need for a public/private partnership to make it happen.
