Needham Planning Board, 11/1/22


When the Planning Board met in Powers Hall on November 1st, the public hearings were for the renovation of the Coca-Cola facility in the Heights, and for the construction of a solar canopy across the way on Kendrick Street. But the most anticipated discussion was on the deliberations for the former Muzi site purchased by Bulfinch Properties. The video is available for viewing below:

Proposal to renovate the building by removing the existing office wing,
removal of the existing Fleet Services wing, associated storage and
former railroad bay to be replaced by an attached new single-story
