The Needham Planning Board knew they were in for a long night at Powers Hall on September 20th. On their agenda they had the reconsideration of rules put in place at the town’s medicinal marijuana dispensary. They also dedicated a large part of the evening to hearing the public’s response to the proposed senior living facility at the old Carter mill/Avery Crossings building. If that were not enough to keep them busy, they were also tasked with considering the towns request to temporarily keep offices on Central Avenue and to make recommendations on zoning for Microbreweries and Brewpubs for this October’s Special Town Meeting. This program is currently available for viewing in the window below.
