Reimagining “Muzi’s”

The Needham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on June 7th to gather town and neighbor reaction to the redevelopment plan being proposed for the former Muzi Motors site. The proposal is being put forward by a business with long-standing Needham ties, but the property is a challenging one. Will the desire to create a new Needham Gateway mesh with the traffic concerns being expressed by the surrounding neighborhoods? Municipal producer Yuxiao Yuan gives an outline of the proposal in advance of the Tuesday night hearing.
