When you think about eating in a way that is more green, a quick go-to would be eating less meat and more veggies. However, some other simple steps can also take us a long way. What does that have to do with school lunches? A program being instituted in some Needham elementary schools is helping the town cut down on methane pollution and is contributing to the generation of electricity.
