“Down-Town” Expansion?

Ever since Hillcrest Gardens shut its doors for the final time, Needham residents have been wondering what will come next. The property is iconic and so suited to its former purpose that it is hard to imagine something else taking its place. Well, the Needham Planning Board discussed a possible future for this lot at a recent meeting. They see it as an opportunity to realize one of the long-standing visions for Needham Center.
