What to Do?

For years, the town of Needham has been hearing about the poor conditions at the Emery Grover School Administration Building, but uncertainty on how to deal with the problem has plagued efforts to renovate it, add to it, or replace it. With design funds up for a vote at this month’s town meeting, the town is taking steps to rally support in favor of preserving and renovating the historic building. Superintendent Dan Gutekanst spoke to us about the latest effort to keep this building functional for the public schools’ administrative staff.
