Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Schools

Over the years, the Needham Education Foundation has done a remarkable number of things for the Needham Public Schools. Through funding enrichment programs and establishing innovative grants, the organization has gone far above and beyond when broadening the educational landscape beyond textbooks, apps and the occasional field trip. Therefore it comes as little surprise that they are working with the schools on a larger program that promises to lead to some important work being done. The NEF and the NPS are coming together to address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the district.
