Prevent Abuse and Save the Environment–At the Same Time!

There are a few ways that you can combat prescription drug abuse, but did you know that you can also help save the environment by disposing of your prescription medications responsibly? Needham Police, Substance Prevention Alliance of Needham (SPAN) and Students Advocating for Life without Substance Abuse (SALSA) volunteers worked together to collect expired and unwanted medications during the town’s biannual Drug Take Back Day.
