Revision Precision?

Over the last few years, the Needham Planning Board has been contemplating the future of the area occupied by WCVB and Muzi Motors. Envisioning a future that will promote growth and be attractive to the neighborhood has been at the heart of their intent. However, when their first proposal was brought to Town Meeting, that zoning plan was sent back for further study and development. Now the Planning Board is preparing to bring a revised version of the plan back to Town Meeting’s floor. They held a public hearing to officially unveil their proposal. Did they get it right, or are community members still not convinced that their approach is stepping in the right direction? Municipal Producer Yuxiao Yuan reviews the session.
