• The Needham Select Board members shared their thoughts on the final three candidates and voted on their choice to be the next town manager. The search for a new Town Manager for Needham has been going on in the background for several months after the current town manager Kate Fitzpatrick announced she would be stepping down this July. Guided through the process by both a consulting firm and a committee, three candidates were presented to the Select Board at the end of March. Within a week, they gathered again to decide on their top choice.
