It was all about definitions Tuesday night as the Planning Board dug into a few interesting, but mind-bending items. What is the definition (and purpose) of Floor Area ratios when in comes to human occupancy both commercial or residential properties? What does the “scenic road” designation do when it comes to defining the town’s responsibility? And are the definitions of Planning Board duties limited by a property’s lot lines? The board puzzled it all out during this session!
