It was a short evening for the Planning Board, as one of their cases was withdrawn due to prior approval through state law. However, they did get to hear about the expansion of a personal training studio to a second location, and get a chance to speculate about what they might do if the special election dictates the reconsideration of Needham’s multifamily zoning bylaw.
