• The Needham Council on Aging and Plugged In partnered together to hold a monthly drum circle open to everyone in the community. Senior citizens and school-aged students have a lot of cultural differences. Their popular culture is cued from events, songs, programs and experiences decades apart. But there is a common beat that can be found–at the very least through a popular program held in association with the Center at the Heights and the Plugged In Band program. Ashley Julier attended one of their monthly sessions.
