Needham Special Town Meeting, 10/21/24

It was the culmination of over a year of effort, involving multiple town boards and community organizations, but the Town Meeting gave its final approval to the Neighborhood Plan version of the Zoning Bylaws proposed to address the MBTA Communities Law. Town Meeting also contemplated the future of the Stephen Palmer building and decided to fund the expansion of the high school tennis courts.
