This session was a special meeting held on Zoom for the primary purpose of reviewing potential zoning articles recommended by the HONE committee for the October 2024 Special Town Meeting which would bring Needham into compliance with the MBTA Communities Law. They also considered special requests by the owners of 100 West Street to weigh how the Zoning changes could lead to development of the structure there.
