It was Planning Board member Jeanne McKnight’s final meeting, and it was one to remember. Two extensive public hearings were held. The first dealt with a possible change to how the town calculates it’s Floor/Area Ratio, which proponents hope would affect the size of future houses in town. The second was a public hearing on expanding and improving the high school tennis courts.
