Time is getting tight for the Planning Board, who continued to hammer out the details of the Solar Energy Zoning proposal they hope to put in front of Town Meeting this spring. With so many parties wishing to shape the bylaw, and the state overseeing it, the challenges of pulling together a cohesive approach everyone can agree on was made clear.
