Community Workshop on Multi-Family Zoning, 1/18/24

The Housing Needham Advisory Group, known as HONE, is holding a series of workshops soliciting feedback from Needham residents and business owners. At issue are making Zoning changes to come into compliance with the Massachusetts MBTA Communities Act. In this second session, the Committee looks at three possible scenarios, trying to determine how aggressive the town should be in adding multi-family housing to the town. The session was held on January 18th, with the third and final worshop being planned for March.
