It’s how the sausage is made. The Needham Planning Board came together for a special session on November 28…at least virtually. They held a Zoom meeting for a second attempt at setting potential rules for Solar Power System – friendly Zoning. The goal: get a concrete plan together in time to appear before the May 2024 Town Meeting. The meeting is available for viewing in the window below:
