After much anticipation, the Housing Needham Advisory Group held their first public meeting on Thursday, September 7th. Following an extended Town effort to create an Affordable Housing Plan, the fledgeling group is charged with building upon the work in order to comply with the MBTA Communities Law. There is a lot of work to be done in a relatively short period of time, with the May 2024 Annual Town Meeting as its target date.
