Meeting in person for the first time since the pandemic, the Zoning Board of Appeals had a lively discussion on their decision process. While, ironically, the Needham Channel was unable to attend the session in person due to ongoing issues with our equipment at the Public Services Administration Building, we tune in to cover the meeting via Zoom.
