The Planning Board faced a shorter than usual agenda for the evening of February 28th, 2023. The bulk of the evening was spent on making appointments, and meeting with the Needham Housing Authority as they launched their efforts to revitalize the Linden/Chambers development (they also visited the Select Board that evening). They also met with two local restaurants who have some big ideas on how to make outdoor dining work on a permanent basis. The meeting is available for viewing in the window below:
