The Needham Select Board meeting was just as notable for what it did not cover as well as what it did. The board postponed discussion of the Castle Farms property, citing that they would have to wait until the agreement came together, and they took time to say that a statement on the potential Marvin Henry settlement would have to wait, as well. That being said, there was still plenty to discuss, including three public hearings, the town budget proposal and a new formalized process for handling Human Rights complaints.
