Needham Planning Board, 12/19/22

Those who tuned in to the Planning Board meeting on Monday hoping for final resolution on the proposal for the former Muzi site have a few more days to wait. The board came close to a decision on Monday, but due to the absence of a key member and some questions about the final language of the decision, the vote was moved to a special meeting at 2pm on Thursday, December 22nd. That doesn’t mean that the board didn’t have a lot to discuss. The meeting shaped up to be a big one, with the latest iteration of the Avery Square project coming under scrutiny and a proposal for the property that once was the Stanley Tippett Hospice House.
