Needham Select Board, 4/13/22

A new member joined the Select Board at their special session on Wednesday, April 13th. Heidi Frail took her seat on the board and got right down to business. Unfortunately, the first task at hand was a complicated and disturbing task–a second dangerous dog hearing for a dog owner on West Street. The hearing set the tone for a long and challenging night.
