Over the past week, both the Massachusetts State House of Representatives and the Massachusetts State Senate have approved bills that would allocate close to four billion dollars in spending from the American Rescue Plan Act. Needham’s State Representative Denise Garlick held a virtual Town Meeting Forum on November 1st explaining some of the categories of spending, and why residents should be proud of the way the Commonwealth is approaching this.
