All bad jokes aside (although I was somewhat pleased with that one!), the Town Hall is probably the first image that comes to mind when you think of the town of Needham. So when the cupola and clock tower started showing wear and tear earlier than expected, the Town had to step in and get it back into shape. That effort is going on now, with new paint and the reapplication of gold leaf.
