Town Meeting: Who’s Your Rep?

In some towns, every resident is a town meeting member. In Needham, elected representatives attend and vote on the most important issues that shape what the town is, and how it operates. That system only works if there is good communication between residents and their reps. At a recent meeting held by the town’s public information officer, attendees explored how to both increase and improve the feedback they receive from their constituents.
