Part meditation, part inspiration, part commemoration. The annual remembrance of Martin Luther King, Jr. and his legacy embodies all of those elements and more. But this year, the traditional event, hosted by the Needham Public Schools and the Needham Diversity Initiative, was thrown more than a bit by the COVID pandemic. They rallied and held their event virtually. The Needham Channel will be premiering the highlights of the celebration this week, but a sneak peak will show you how their continuing message of peace, tolerance, and love was heard.
