Building a New Future for “Olin”

Every time a new person heads an organization, there is an opportunity to take a step back, examine what you are doing and change course. This year, with so much added disruption from both pandemic and social unrest, seems like an opportune time to start something new. Dr. Gilda Barabino is in her first year as president of Olin College of Engineering. She discusses her plans for the school, including addressing disparities within STEM fields.
