Town Tax Classifications Adjusted

Each year the Needham Select Board consults with the Needham Board of Assessors to evaluate the formula on which taxes are based. The goal is to create an equitable balance between the residential and commercial interests of the town. Yuxiao Yuan looks at what was done this year, and the thinking that led to these adjustments.
