Confronting Racism in Needham

In the wake of disturbing allegations waged against the Needham Police Department this week, the Needham Select Board heard accounts from others who had experienced their own incidents of racism. While the timing was purely coincidental–the topic had been on their agenda for many weeks, the resulting session was both eye-opening and hard to hear. Municipal reporter Yuxiao Yuan has the story.
