Case #1 – 1180 Great Plaine Avenue
Construction company has applied for a Comprehensive Permit to allow the development of 16 rental units consisting of eight one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units with 28 parking spaces. The project involves increasing the size from a one-story 14,500 sf to a two-story 24,653 sf building. Four units (25%) will meet the definition of low- and moderate- income housing. Continued from October 17, 2019.

Case #2 – 397-399 Great Plain Avenue
Developer has applied for a Special Permit Amendment to transfer of the ownership to another Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee.

Case #3 – 1201 Highland Avenue
Developer has applied for a Special Permit Amendment to transfer ownership to another Dunkin Donuts franchisee.

Case #4 – 350 Cedar Street
Developer has applied for a Special Permit for the installation of a 44′ lattice extension as well as installation, replacement and removal of antennas and cabling on an existing 1192′ guyed tower.

Case #5 – 350 Cedar Street
Developer has applied for a Special Permit to permit the installation of a diesel powered emergency generator, located on a proposed concrete pad (10′ x 26′) within the fenced compound on the property.

Case #6 – 350 Cedar Street
Developer has applied to permit the demolition, extension, alteration, enlargement and reconstruction of the lawful, pre-existing, but non-conforming two-family dwelling and its replacing with a new two-family residence.
