The Town of Needham, applied for a special permit for the continued use of the existing non-conforming parking area at the Mitchell School. No change to the existing parking area is proposed. The relief sought is associated with the installation of another modular classroom building in the south east portion of the site adjacent to the entrance drive which will be in conformance to zoning setbacks, lot coverage and FAR requirements.
