Case #1 – 7 Trout Pond Lane continued from April 27, 2017
A prospective purchaser has applied for a Special Permit to allow the replacement of the existing 3-family dwelling with a 2-family dwelling, meeting all dimensional requirements, and construction of a detached two-car garage.

Case #2 – 120 Jarvis Circle
Owners have applied to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit Amendment to add one additional garage space to be located within an addition to the existing single family structure.

Case #3 – 5 Sunrise Terrace
An owner has made applied for a Special Permit Amendment to add one additional garage space to be located within an attached garage.

Case #4 – 83 Rolling Lane
An owner applied for a Special Permit to permit the construction of a second story addition above the existing east end of the house, using existing exterior walls for structural support, with no increase of the existing non-conformity at the southeast corner.
