Case #1 – 19 Parkinson Streetcontinued from November 17, 2016
An owner has applied for a Special Permit to demolish a lawful pre-existing non-conforming two-family dwelling and to construct a new two-family dwelling and renovate the existing detached garage.

Case #2 – 140 Laurel Drive
An application was made for a Special Permit to change the slope and roofline and add a dormer to the non-conforming attached garage within the side yard setback.

Case #3 – 26 Cross Street & 40 Arbor Street
A prospective tenant, has applied for a Special Permit to allow the construction of a 22-space parking lot to be used for off-street parking for an abutting property; to allow more than one non-residential use on a lot; and to waive strict adherence to parking and design requirements.

Case #4 – 659-661 Highland Avenue
An application has been made to amend a Special Permit dated March 29, 2012 to waive strict adherence to the parking requirements, and to remove the prohibition against leasing 2,878 square feet of vacant office space.
