The owner has applied for a Special Permit for the change, extension and alteration of a lawful pre-existing non-conforming contractor’s yard to allow for the storage of commercial vehicles such as paving and landscaping equipment and to waive strict adherence to parking and design requirements.

Applicant seeks a Special Permit to add a second story and to expand the first floor living area of an existing non-conforming (as to side setback) one-story ranch home.
Case #3 – 1555 Central Avenue
Applicant seeks an appeal of the Building Inspector’s decision to the Board of Appeals that the proposed modification to the existing facility by adding twelve panel antennas, nine remote radio heads and two junction boxes at the 110-foot level on a 190-foot lattice tower and to install a 12’ x 26’ equipment shelter within the existing ground compound constitutes a substantial change. If the Building Inspector’s Decision is not overturned the applicant has also applied for a Special Permit to allow those changes.
